DeskIon is a helpdesk platform for marketplace sellers. This guide walks you through creating your account and getting ready to connect your first inbox.
Before you start
Make sure you have the following ready:

A valid business email address

Your company's VAT number (EU VAT)

Basic company details: legal name, address, city, postal code
Step 1: Open the registration page
Go to app.deskion.pl and click Create an account on the login page.
Step 2: Fill in your details
Complete the registration form:

Email — your business email address. You will use it to log in.

Password — choose a strong password (at least 8 characters).

Company name — your legal business name.
-
Country — select your country from the list.

VAT number — enter the numeric part only. The country prefix is added automatically.

Street address, Postal code, City — your registered business address.
Click Create account when done.
Step 3: Confirm your email
DeskIon will send a 6-digit confirmation code to your email address. Enter the code in the confirmation screen.

The code is valid for 30 minutes.

If you did not receive it, click Resend code.

After two failed attempts the registration is cancelled. You can start over with the same email address.
Step 4: You're in
After successful confirmation you are logged in automatically. You will see the DeskIon dashboard and the setup guide for connecting your first inbox.
